Associate memberships currently cover only approximately 20-25% of the operating costs

According to the Burning Tree Master Association newsletter received Aug 31, 2012:

Associate Memberships currently cover approximately 20-25% of the operating costs for the pool.

Does that mean that the homeowners, even those who do not use it (and those homeowners in Burning Tree South and Burning Tree One who have been unlawfully assessed) are subsidizing the other 75%-80%  for the Associate members???

  1. Did you see it states that the owner can delegate his rights to members of his family who reside on the property. RESIDE ON THE PROPERTY!!!! Why are grandkids and adult kids getting a free ride to use our facilities and making people who live here and can't afford to have their AC fixed to subsidize their "entitled" asses?
