Is this why the Burning Tree Master Association board of directors have steadfastly refused to do the legally required audit as their own by-laws require? Would the truth come out for everyone to see, who all was never assessed while others of us have been required to pay and pick up the slack, under threats of liens?
Wouldn't you like to know how many years in arrears some lot owners are and why they have not been assessed or liened when the Burning Tree Master Association says that no covenants have been changed anywhere (except in the Burning Tree South area and when Burning Tree One made the one amendment to change their roofs)?
Have you ever been assessed or are you one of the "lucky" ones who never gets assessed?

However, it was never incorporated so the the lot owner never should have been assessed! Have you ever been??? Check with the Oklahoma Secretary of State to confirm it for yourself, that there is no BURNING TREE AREA #6 ASSOCIATION, INC.

What area of Burning Tree Am I In?
The right to freedom of the press, guaranteed by the first amendment, allows an individual to express themselves through publication and dissemination. It is part of the constitutional protection of freedom of expression.
Looks like a class action lawsuit since they were assessed at one time and there were no covenant amendments.

Interpretation and Enforcement of the Certificate of Incorporation and Bylaws Homeowners can force the board of directors to follow the certificate/articles of incorporation states and/or the bylaws by simply taking them to small claims court. (Ex: the board of directors refuses to do an audit that is required by the by-laws and no amendment was ever made to the by-laws; the homeowners have the right to ask the court to have the audit done as there by laws state. (Were you aware that they had been getting a "tax review" in place of an audit. Seriously... A tax review is simply a review of the taxes?)
