Is this why the Burning Tree Master Association board of directors have steadfastly refused to do an audit as their own by-laws require? Would the truth come out for everyone to see, who all was never assessed while others of us (including YOU) have been required to pay and pick up the slack, under threats of liens?
Wouldn't you like to know how many years in arrears some lot owners are and why they have not been assessed or liened when the BTMA says that no covenants have been changed anywhere except in the Burning Tree South area?
