Were you aware that Burning Tree Master Association picks and
chooses which lot owners have to pay assessments? Unbelievably, we have
learned that Burning Tree Master Association does not assess certain lot owners in Burning Tree One, Burning Tree East, or Burning Tree West.
However, Burning Tree Master Association board of
directors maintains that according to the Covenants these areas fall under Burning
Tree Master Association. How is it possible that Burning Tree Master Association board of directors can demand money from some and not
from others when covenants have NEVER been amended to allow for that?
Is
this why the Burning Tree Master Association board of directors have
steadfastly refused to do an audit, as their own
by-laws require? Would the truth come out for everyone to see, who all
was never assessed while others of us (including YOU) have been required to pay and pick
up the slack, under threats of liens?
Wouldn't you like to know how many years in arrears some lot owners are and why they have
not been assessed or liened when the BTMA says that no covenants have
been changed anywhere except in the Burning Tree South area?
